Delicate is the cold blanket of death
The embrace, quiet and soft
Gentle flakes put life to rest
Dormant trees decorated aloft

Ice, brittle and elegent
Hard enough to crack a skull
Dehydration below body temp
Frozen desert, getting old

Can't see a thing, snowblind
These fingers are numb
Dusty white fog in my eyes
Soon will I see my end come
