Who's that mischievous rescue team you keep hearing about in the newspaper that resides in Turquoise Hills? It's Team Cupcake!
Graham and Roxy might seem like your: average, typical, friendly, local rescue team you've likely seen countless times on the surface, but they've gotten a rather split public reputation. Why? Well it's all because of some pranks they pull on the side that tend to involve either very strange transforming magic or cookies. Let's just say there's a chance you won't be exactly yourself after an encounter with either of them, especially Roxy...
That Espeon mysteriously got her transforming powers upon evolution, but they're sure strong! She's somehow turned Pokèmon as big and scary as Salamence into small and cute Cleffa before. No one is safe from her, not even her teammate Graham who can sometimes be a target and admittedly isn't a fan of it. Though no need to worry too much, she'll usually reverse the effects if you ask her very nicely. It's only for the funny after all.
Graham, her teammate is usually the face of the team though, as he heads out locally most often on his own to sell his baked goods to earn extra Pokè and the Pokèmon love them a heck of a ton. Others see him as much more innocent compared to Roxy, so they tend to not be as wary around him, but sometimes he'll join in on the transforming fun when he feels like it or if the target in question is a Pokèmon who he just simply has some beef with. Maybe be cautious of the treats occasionally too as sometimes he'll spike them with the help of Roxy's magic and the right ingredients.
The two don't always see eye to eye, and for Graham it's a little tricky be very close to someone who might unexpectedly change your whole body any second. Though they're extremely good friends regardless and have stayed a duo for ages. Plus Graham was the one who helped Roxy achieve her dream of evolving into an Espeon after all, so he's sorta responsible for unleashing this chaos onto the world even if it had unexpected results...

Graham and Roxy with an all new look that I'll hopefully stick to this time! Wanted to doodle them together before I get back to the TF shenanigans soon.
I know it seems very sudden to ditch their old designs as I know people seemed to like them a lot, but honestly I was just growing unfond of drawing Graham in particular. It's mainly just certain aspects about him such as the Fennekin like tail, lack of the iconic Shinx pants and his eye type that I dislike in retrospect, so I wanted to make him much more actually Shinx like. Roxy hasn't changed too much as changing Graham was the biggest priority, though I've shortened the tail and tufts slightly, gave her a new collar and changed the face shape a little. Much happier with the both of them now and I'm much more excited to draw them for future works ~
Hope y'all like them and if you're wondering about Skittles nothing about her is changing because she's a design I brought from someone. She'll basically be the same next time y'all see her, but I wouldn't change her regardless anyways so yeah 🤷
