That's where there's a person who's made a list of pokemon that need to be blueberry inflated at least once in say an artwork and such.
And yeah, Vivillon rarely gets used because uh, well, how would you inflate something as small as a butterfly? And to be honest I would rather make the vivillion inflate all over the body, not really the belly sticking out like this.
