This was way too much effort for a dumb chameleon joke, but here you go! XD
The two ferrets are Jarvis' supervillain parents, Lucius (AKA Dr. Chaos) and Brook! Lucius has reality warping powers but only when it's funny (so he's basically Roger Rabbit) and is also a mad scientist, and Brook has super-thievery and super-escape-artistry.

The way I did the neon sign is actually pretty easy to do!
1. Draw sign in as vibrant of colours as possible, don't make them too pale
2. Draw thinner lines on top of the sign in white, down the middle
3. Draw thicker lines on top of the sign in the vibrant colours on a new layer, lower the opacity till you see the white again (for the light bloom effect)
