Absolutely gorgeous use of blues, love the tiny highlights thrown into the hair as well as it very much so seeming to flow like quicksilver!
By my eye I'd also have to say that you've nailed the anatomy, love the fact that I could find shading denoting veins (it gets old not seeing them put into images) Great attention to detail!
Though I'm a bit of a sucker for the color blue XD

Breath-takingly astute imagery for capturing an anatomically accurate of a portrayal of a dragon in a calm, cool, but perhaps a bit isolated/alone kind of feeling, making you just want to lay next to the creature and silently gaze up at the star strewn night sky.
