Velsha was a young female Patrol fighter who attempted to defend her fort from Keisuke Noihara by surrendering. She joined Akavir's army to defend the borders from bandits and small rebel groups, Velsha when she grew older she faced the "Pup King".

Still guarding the Sarvana now, even though she is positioned between the Sarvana and Mirvana, she is a very powerful warrior who has never shown signs of weakness. Serious and virtuous, she doesn't feel much sympathy for those who live in the mountains of Dievana.
