Since the other gods incorperate their element in some way, runes were really the only way I could think to represent magic that wouldn't look too much like another element (lightning has electricity, light has sparkles and rays, and wind has magic genie clouds). Found a great tutorial on DA on a quick way to make a unique magic circle.
If I were to pop it out from the background you'd see that there's a pretty complex network of diamonds and triangles and stars in the center.
The runes were freeware fonts I downloaded from dafont.com. One I'm pretty sure is called elder scroll. The other I forget =X
