The weight gainer causes the coyote's body to swell all over, his arms bulking up, biceps bulging, shoulders rising and expanding. Then his chest starts to grow out in front of him, then abs pop out as his legs lengthen. Finally, his spindly legs bulk up to match his huge torso, and actually allow him to stand up.

And stand up he does. The ceiling gets closer and closer, Wile's growth showing no signs of stopping as the stone crackles and he grows through.
