I did some light dog sitting for some friends of the family the other night.
The dog (Oliver) suffers from separation anxiety and he seems to like me more than the others so it was my job to keep him distracted while his owners went out for an entertaining evening.
As a reward, because they know I like to cook they gave me an assortment of upscale cooking oils and "condimentos" which I think are vinegars.
My only problem right now is that I am at a bit of a loss as what to use these for.
I'm hoping I can get recommendations for recipes and other uses from other Furry food aficionados.

From Chris: Besides salads, there a LOT of other things you can do with these (and Im rather jelly with your selection).
~ With the vinegar (except for the balsamic...I'd use that for -very- special occasions) you can use that to accent soups or as a marinade
~ The balsamic is a different story. That can be used as more of a glaze, or again as an accent to your favorite cheese board, and certainly for fruit desserts and ice creams.
The oils...whew! Certainly your spaghetti will thank you, but also antipasto dishes and the like.
