In this form, Kobaan has mastered the power of the Ninetales.

The form is a quadraped and no longer resembles his original biped raichu form ( this is supposed to signify how tanuki can find it difficult to hold their shapeshifting at times, their tails visible, their ears etc ) but alas, Kobaan has mastered the power of his "Hotshot" form. I am also trying to imply his growth here.

Perfect for artillery and firing at long range, moving with blinding speed, elegance and grace, Kobaan's personality shifts again to a "Dignified and eloquent manner, forthright manner" very unlike that of his usual goofy happy go lucky dorkish personality and when reciprocal with those less dignified, his tongue can be just as sharp.
