I hope it is a healing tank! That would mean he's not only alive and well, but he's also floating in a tank with an air-mask and wearing only briefs.

I guess the bacta option will be the most likely scenario then^^

Blackness interspersed with bubbles, could be Voolvif floating in a bacta tank given that he was heavily wounded, and likely a transition forward in time so no way of knowing what situation Voolvif will find himself in once he awakens, whether it's salvation or potentially danger.

Remembering the previous Star Wars comic, a wild guess if perhaps an unlikely one would be Voolvif on board the Howling Cerberus, though it will be a case of waiting patiently and seeing what will come in the next page.

Still now I'm caught up with the comments here, so will try to be a little more timely when it comes to the next page.
