This happened not so long ago - in June - but the topic has been off the table for a long time. The headline about the tragedy is drowned among the thousands of other news headlines that appear every day.

I am gonna share the information how you can help other people, who are steal dealing with the problem

Update 9-June-2023: The 9-June-2023 evening ISW report says, "Several independent sources reported additional evidence that an internal explosion likely destroyed the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (KHPP) dam on June 6." with a list of the independent sources and the information they provided, and concludes, "The preponderance of evidence suggests that a deliberate explosion damaged the KHPP dam. Update 10-June-2023: Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, during a surprise visit to Kyiv, said, “There is absolutely no doubt in our mind, that the destruction of the dam was the direct consequence of Russia's decision to invade a peaceful neighbor”
