Higher bid unlocks additional stuff (e.g. ink, shading, rendered BG, etc)

-Only bids that beat the previous bid are valid.
-Only bids that are in the correct comment chain are valid.

-The quality of the art will correlate to the dollar amount. (up to a certain point).
-If the winner is unable to commit to the YCH, then the runner up will be next in line.
