Buffalo chicken crunchwrap with banana quesadilla and chips
A Mexican classic with an equally delicious dessert to go with it, Ole!
Here’s how I made it:
1-prepped choice veggies and 5 leftover Buffalo chicken wings (preferably drumsticks)
2-added to flat tortilla with cheese and other toppings (I used potato sticks to give it a crunch)
3-seal crunchwrap tight
4-grill on both sides on a searing hot flatiron grill until both sides are crunchy and golden brown
5-slice and enjoy!
For the banana quesadilla:
1-take a small tortilla and add peanut butter, honey and sliced bananas, then fold shut
2-enjoy!
