Tim's Sketchbook: Cooner Tail
I love taking advantage of the flipside of a sketchbook in order to complete a visual composition, especially if it's completely gratuitous. In this instance however I felt I had to comment on John Nunnemacher's recurring habit of using the flipside for the merest punctuation of a tail. The greatest thing about this is my commentary launched an incredibly hysterical series of images based on this concept that I would love to share if it were my book or all my art.

That would be my own observation of
cooner 's habit of drawing pictures in people's sketchbooks, but then drawing in the tail so that only a smidgen of it actually crosses over the spine of the book onto the previous page.
It's an in-joke, but hopefully still entertaining on some level.
