I thought I did! Toni is Kathy's eldest twin sister. [By ten minutes] She's plenty friendly, but usually for her own gains. When she's done with someone, she shoo's them away. She has abilities similar to Kathy's, but where Kat's are healing, Toni's are black. x3; She's fun!
