As with Riot, this is a simple state of being for Monarch and Imperious to enter, and maintain for extended periods. Occasionally their personalities clash however, due to their respective egos, and they can loose the trance state needed for the form's full power to be brought out. Likely for the best, as due to Imperious having stockpiled a great deal of power from previous hosts at some point he would turn Monarch into a truly formidable threat.
