If it weren't for the fact that Wukong is immortal x 1000, he would have already died a long time ago, From what is seen in the series, it does not seem that Wukong takes care of himself much, seems like he only eats junk food, peaches, occasionally noodles and hair (It's transformed into something else but it's still hair, I don't think it has much nutritional value), He doesn't seem to mind taking care of his hygiene either, at least that's what Mac suggests, the truth is that Wukong may have depression to some degree, I wouldn't be surprised by everything that happened, apart from the fact that he has been "alone" (I say "alone" because he has his monkey friends, but I don't think they help much to have a good conversation) for more than 500 years, that must have affected him in some way or another...
