I am so totally not an artist, but yet I do have a little tip for you I picked up when looking around for tutorials on coloring myself... that litle white highlight in her eye, right? Maybe you wanna try and do that on a separate layer with a low opacity so the highlight becomes a bit see-through; I found that makes the eyes look even a bit more like a round little ball
