This is my first commission which was ordered by fellow citizen! I never thought that someone else from this country likes New Life theme in The Lion King movies as well! So I really enjoying to draw this one - not only as commission, but as beginning for my own version of Simba's Pride sequel ^^
As always I thought I'll die when I drew this. Currently this is all I can in BG drawing @_@
The Great Circle of Life has continued! Very pregnant Kiara and her proud consort Kovu waiting for descendants. Looks like their cubs can't wait to see daylight - they became very active in the last time. So it will happen very soon! Kovu looks worrying a little, but he already want to play with his offsprings!
I just can say there are two of them ^_^

Hmm... just two things that strike me as odd in this image, in terms of appearance. Perhaps this is your art style, but it's just my observation, so please don't take it personally o.o
1) The tail looks too thin / too short. Comparing the tail length / thickness to the rest of the lioness, for example, it looks like it would belong on a cub instead of a full grown adult.
2) The kick effect (where it shows a bulge just above the male's paw) kinda makes it look like the child is preparing to burst out. I think if a woman's belly had a kick go that far out, it'd scare the hell out of them. o.o Most kick effects I see are like half circles.. so maybe that will help in future developments.
Again, not trying to be offensive, just pointing some things out that I noticed.
