The son of a powerful family of industrialists, Monarch is himself a powerful name in the tech industry in his civilian guise. Ruthless and driven, he desires to see the construction of a great luxury space habitat to dwell in for the rest of his days, and has worked many employees into the ground to speed along the research and experimentation needed to make it happen. Thus came to him the Entity calling itself Imperious, who sought to become mighty with the vanishing of Xenrai. With the accumulated power of ages behind him, Monarch and Imperious have become a villainous duo delving into unethical means to advance their desires.
Monarch's charisma has become what can only be called, "Imperial Authority." The force of will and charisma of a kind not seen since the days when empires were forged. Such is its power that Monarch can drive anyone to push themselves beyond their limits, even to the point of awakening latent talents and powers in themselves. His Omni-Sight can also go much further and sense with greater clarity. However, his combat prowess is average at best. If he were to put forth the effort to train, he would easily become a Warrior King equal to any from the ancient times. Fortunately for the world and the other Bonded, Monarch and Imperious are both content to lead, and leave the violence to their chosen, bloody champion...

I just love how you're expanding on Sans' world with details like Imperious wanting to become the next "big guy" after Xenrai's defeat. Plus, I love how you've made Monarch the guy who sits in the throne who lets others do the work for him. I kinda hope Monarch's lack of own fighting skill comes back to bite him in the butt.
