A Bonded with a great love for battle, whose heart beats strongest when fighting for his life. Having been driven from official MMA rings for being far too violent, he gladly took to underground cage matches. While the wealth derived from it is a plus, he primarily seeks opponents who can be worth his time. To that end, he constantly hounds after Sunburst to teach him to fight "properly" so they can have a solid bout.
His Entity, Sanguine, found him at the end of a particularly nasty fight when the fox was on the border of life and death. Drawn to his bloodlust and thrill of battle, things alien to him, Sanguine formed a pact with Riot so they could keep taking on greater and greater challenges. Sanguine's gift to Riot on top of the powers of the Bonded is a true healing factor to keep him going, as well as heightened strength, speed, endurance, and reaction time.
On occasions when he was confused for the hero Streak II, the people involved are proven swiftly wrong by the savage fighter and gruff attitude.
