A 1st person view of looking through a panther suit. Looking through those see-through eyes at your reflection, not seeing your own eyes, but the panthers~ Its interesting stuff :3
I've given thought to the theory that we see ourselves if we see our eyes, even if its through a mask or makeup or something like that. Because I could put on a fearsome mask, but I found that I couldn't really seem very scary, because I could see my soft, puppy-like, super-moe brown eyes in there.
But my theory is that if we were to look at ourselves, maybe in a disguise of some sort, with different eyes, whether they be contacts, or a kinda see-through-film with eyes painted on, and seeing THOSE in place of our eyes, we could delve much farther into becoming what is reflected, since you could tell yourself "Those aren't my eyes, those are the panther's eyes; I'm looking through a panthers eyes, so I must be a panther".

I had an experience akin to that the first time I wore a fursuit. It had mesh beast eyes so when I looked in a mirror those were the eyes I saw. Now, they were obviously fake eyes which perhaps took away some of what you are suggesting, but the experience of seeing something obviously not me was really riveting and amazing.

I as well have had glasses the entire time, and it gives me a case of Hollywood Homely imo, thats why I wish I could get rid of 'em. I weirdly enough seemed to have altered my eye color itself just being all hyper at some point, they got all glowy x3

That's pretty wild, getting them all glowy like that!
If I knew I could get rid of my glasses and have perfect eyesight, I'd go for it. If I had the money. But, they can't and I don't so I just try to accept it.
Who knows what they'll be capable of in another five to ten years though!

I'm reminded of that old saying, " the eyes are the windows to the soul" and i can't help but think about famous paintings and statues done over the centuries and how the artist put their heart and soul into their creation, and when i think this i can't help but think a similar process occurs when someone creates their furry personality, how they put their heart and soul into it and wonder if a person could see into the soul of their creation. I suspect i did a poor job trying to explain my thoughts, regardless it is much to think on.
