Oh my gosh this works so well! The spring grass and flowers combined with the snow capped mountains in the background give off the impression of an idyllic landscape. And the flower petals[or is that lavender]? Synergize with the scene well.
The dragon herself looks pretty cool. I like the way you can see her scale detailing as well as the fact that her wings actually cast shadows on themselves.
They also synergize well with the setting sun and the darkening sky in the background which I'm sure is exactly what you intended given her patterning.
