Time for lizard! Another of the supervillains, Larry the chameleon, whose power is temporarily copying other people's powers by touching them (and yes, touching them with his tongue counts, so he can do it at range!). He also has the chameleon-standard abilities of colour-changing and expert climbing, but the former is obviously of limited usefulness with his usual colourful wardrobe.

He's the least specifically evil of the villains, having no ambitions or sadistic inclinations, more just selfish enough to not care that he's working for the bad guys as long as he gets what he wants.
