ALSO, UM, thanks to a really huuuuge oversight on my part; I totally thought Delphine was a Nord??? My hubby brought it to my attention that she's actually a Breton, so Imma be making some edits to the last chapter, my baaaad.

I'm pretty sure it is unique (at least I can't remember any other characters using it), just saying that Bethesda probably would've asked the VA to either try and fake a Scandinavian accent or grabbed a VA that was Scandinavian if she was supposed to be a Nord.
Then again, maybe not - consistency is something they have a lot of trouble with, especially with voices *cough*Oblivion beggars*cough*.

Actually, for reasons he will state later, Hircine missed the event happening this go-around. But no worries; news has gotten to his ears of her Dragonborn status, so she’ll have a chance to show him what she can do, in good time. I’d imagine he would insist of nothing less than a demonstration.
