Project Chrysalis:

body modification and transformation through non-surgical means but instead through biological or "magical" means has been observed in registered transformed subjects (T) 2,7,8,11. ability to transformer (T) subjects has been observed in monitored subjects (mT) 1, 3-6, 9, 10.

hypothesis: based on acquired data and genetic materials from (T) and (mT) subjects we believe that we may be able to create a chemical substance capable of transforming an individual's physical appearance at will. for cases of infiltration, espionage as well as witness protection however experimentation is required.

(alive) test subject 2-B:
test subject 2-B is a male fox aged 22 he was a willing participant and was exposed to Chrysalis cream. upon exposure he reported his body heating up feeling immense pleasure as his body became malleable similar to a clay like substance however his body did not solidify and neither did his feelings of warmth and pleasure stop even as his skeletal frame collapsed converting him to a blob of almost pure fat and organs with seemingly insatiable hunger and lust. Subject 2-B is currently housed in the medical ward and has his needs taken care of. exposed cream was recovered and stored.

(alive) test subject 2-E:
test subject 2-E male 32 rat was an unwilling participant in the experiment an infiltrator found stealing encrypted files. he was exposed to a modified variant of Chrysalis cream. the subject temporarily felt pleasure by the transformation but after an hour after exposure suffered a mental break down and went on a destructive rampage resulting in 3 technician deaths upon seeing their new appearance. do to the subjects history a full body transformation was attempted however do to lab technicians lack of communication subject 2-E body was disfigured and warped showing both male and feminine qualities with an uneven body now hybrid between rat and snake. they are contained and remain alive for further study.

report:
further tests with Chrysalis cream appear to be improving significantly with more perfected transformations of subject's shape, gender and even species. however further tests are to be placed on hold as technician 44 discovered that the Chrysalis cream that had been recovered from subjects 2-B through 2-M had developed a fully functioning eye and seems to have developed some level of sentience. we believe this to be result of exposure to the previous listed subjects, where we believe it absorbed DNA from them as they absorbed the cream that makes up its form. it shows an understanding of us and ability to mimic those it has come into contact with further tests will be required.

Final report:
the life form born of the Chrysalis cream promptly given the name Chrysalis three years after its formation has managed to escape from the facility. its intelligence is comparable to that of a computer and has been using this facility to acquire information about the world and itself. although we monitored and limited its information intake subject Chrysalis was smarter then we could have realized. tests used to understand its capability of transformations were in fact used by subject Chrysalis to understand the security and layout of the facility. several guards had attempted to stop the escape of subject Chrysalis however they found themselves consumed by the subject and soon expelled them their bodies transformed so much that is was impossible to recognize them aside from the tattered uniforms they clung onto. subject Chrysalis had chosen to hide the fact they were capable of transforming other organisms and soon escaped. my termination is imamate for this blunder but i must request that all personal search for subject Chrysalis and locate them at any cost.
