He has psychic powers that include targeted mind-reading and a sort of 'Jedi mind trick' where he can brainwash the target into thinking that they actually want to do something. He's a dangerously charming sociopath, sadistic, megalomaniacal, misogynistic, has no respect for boundaries or privacy, and is just generally an unrepentant bastard who hides it behind a polite and refined demeanor.
