SketchyChik has some ratties that she is giving away to those who are interested. I fell in love with this little guys design, and I hope I'm able to keep him as a character. (and hey, first time drawing an anthro rat, whoot!)Not sure what to call him, but I have a theory that he is a painter. I hope I get to keep him :D

sketchychik is the one who designed him. (though I did play with the markings on one side. :P) I think his colors are nice. Perhaps because they remind me of a lighter version of my boyfriends character. Either way, it will be fun to practice fur and shading techniques with him. ;)

Thank you <3 It means a lot knowing that I did his design justice! He really is a cutie, and it will be fun having a rat character. I still need to figure out what he is like of course. Someone this crazily colored must have a crazy personality waiting to be drawn. :P
