Working on developing and drawing my superheroes' rogues gallery! This is Victoria, who was part of the same super-serum trial as Bastion and was one of the only other people it actually worked on (thus, she has the exact same powers he does). Also she's his ex-wife. Awkward.

She's second-in-command of the villainous organisation and is clearly just waiting for a good opportunity to pull a Starscream, since she hates taking orders from anybody. Her boss is fully aware of this, yet keeps her around because he gets off on subjugating women and sees her as a special challenge.
