She is a pegasus OC who is rather monotone with her expressions and voice.
She used to have a lot more spots around her face and legs, but i decided to clean up her markings a bit,, giving her a more recognizable look.
The only gradient she has now being on her wings.
But asside form that, everything else is the same.
Dreamcloud works at the Rainbow Factory, at the same ranking as Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy.
She is considered to be a very pretty pegasus, and so is able to lure other ponies into the factory.
Especially since so many more ponies are passing the flight academy and pony supply is getting low.
She has managed to lure earth ponies and unicorns into lonely, discreet areas where they wouldnt be seen and kidnap her victim and take them to the factory.
If its a unicorn they bring up, she will break their horn so they cant teleport away or fight back. With earth ponies, they dont do much aside from cuff their legs together with thick chains.
Turns out unicorns and earth ponies make rainbows almost as well as other pegasi do!
Her unicorn is a simple white lab coat with a name tag or lanyard.
