Up next in the lineup of milkshake men, Mr. Van! He's the main cook of the Milky Dream's Diner, whose greatest joy of the day is seeing the smiles of the many customers leaving with a full belly after enjoying his delicious and hearty meals.

A gentlemanly Candyman in his late fifties. He opened up the Milky Dream with his husband way back in the day, but when his husband passed, he thought about selling it and retiring from the business.

He gave ownership of the place to Frag, but after him and all his regulars begged him to stay, he felt so touched that he ended up as the main cook. More than happy to keep on bringing happiness to the many customers.
