I'm curious what would embarrass her, she seems to have no issue with nudity so... what would cause her shame and humiliation?

Her stance on nudity actually shifts a bit based on her own ego. When she's big, she thinks she's gods gift to the world, but she can actually feel embarassed about what BIG Jo got up to. Or losing streak, insults, etc. Jo has a pretty fragile self esteem.
