Here we have  Sabrina-taur in UFIS uniform in her role as Terra's de facto planetary leader as Secretary General of the United Nations. She was holding that office when first contact with alien civilisations was made, and helped a great deal in establishing diplomatic relationships with UFIS and the Vidari. Later after her tenure, she would take the role as Terra's ambassador.

Being a high-ranking government official, she receives a special gold-trimmed civilian uniforms, only reserved for leaders of planetary governments and their cabinet, and a gold star on the collar showing her special role as a leader.
