Here's a quick, easy and awesome recipe for chicken salad.

2 cans of chicken breast (or three cooked chicken breasts, chopped up, chilled)
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbs. granulated garlic powder
2 Tbs. Italian seasoning
5-6 Tbs parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together except parmesan cheese until the consistency of a paste. Then add parmesan cheese, mix in. Continue to taste while adding spices to make sure flavour is OK.

Serve on Kaiser bun w/ pickles or Colby cheese as topping, can be served cold or hot- if served hot, make the sandwuh like you would a toasted cheese. Best served cold with pickle slices and on the Kaiser roll.

recipe makes about 10 medium Kaiser roll sandwiches, depending on how thick you put it on the bun.
