Looks like Beatmania IIDX, But play it the wrong way (This arcade machine is up to two people can play at the same time, the left player is called 1P, the right 2P. The game control consists of seven rectangular keys arranged in two rows (three blue keys in the top row and four white keys in the bottom row) and a black plate (dish) on one side of the keyboard that can be rotated back and forth, similar to that used by DJ, 1P dish on the left side of the keyboard, and 2P dish on the right side.
