So glad this is finished, and I love the outcome, well, not the grass, it could be better but I really wanted to get this uploaded.
This took a long time because; school, computer starts working at six-o'-clock pm on school days and I didn't know what to do for the background. Also this took a while because Corel is glitching and it doesn't show the brush selector so I have to open a new window called Brush Editor and use that; I have to go back and forth between picture and brush editor. Honestly it's hell when it could be better.
Well, these are Akètèlayi’s which is a canine breed I created for a novel, but it's failing terribly. Left one, (one with orange mane and tail.) is Blaize, he's a male, and he's cocky. The lime-green-maned one is Emeraldahive, or just Emerald, female. They're siblings.
I started out in my sketchpad, I just sketched them out then uploaded into Corel and began editing.
The sky background was made with two layers, one was colored with Digital watercolors and all the light-ness was created with 'Salt'. The second layer was just a pen layer which I dodged and burned and lowered the opacity. The really light orb is the 'moon', not really, but that's okay, it's covered by clouds.
Art, characters, and Akètèlayi idea are as Copyrighted as Copyrighted can be.
