It's more the shock of whats happened over the past couple of days. Remember how thin she was in part 1, and keep in mind she's still in the kitchen. Eating is still likely to ensue. :)

I love the sense of facing consequences for stuffing herself, rather than just the "usual" progression of getting fatter and fatter and then the end is just "OK I/we am/are really fat now yay." XDDD

Also, I totally guessed from the fact that this is a "part 2" of the other series that this was what was going on. XD I hope someone else comes in and sees her now! "Aaah Kate! What's going on?!" "Um ... nothing?" XDDD

The... it was only a dream, it was only a holodeck simulation, it happened in an alternative universe, or it was due to a change in the timeline endings always seemed like a cheap way out to me. I mean, the story has you going along with everything and then, BAM: transwarp beaming. :p

Brian: So, what you're saying is that what you experienced in the simulation didn't really happen, or even matter?
Stewie: Yes, that's correct.
Brian: So, it was sorta like a dream?
Stewie: No, it was a simulation.
Brian: Yes, but, theoretically, if someone watched the events of that simulation from start to finish, only to find out that none of it really happened, I mean... you don't think, that would, j— be just like a giant middle finger to them?
Stewie: Well, hopefully, they would have enjoyed the ride.
Brian: I don't know, man. I think you'd piss a lot of people off that way.
