After meeting the Freedom Fighters, Phoebe became extremely interested in meta-abilities. Sonic’s super speed in particular was the first she discovered and is one of her favorites to study. Over the course of her travels with her friends, she’d come across more enhanced individuals and take as many notes as possible.
