Maximilian is a wolf belonging to medieval times and his job is to be a knight for the nobility or something like that, and his destiny certainly changes by meeting a time traveling scientist

The sword that he wields has the magical ability to cut parts of the body without any harm and during the cut it forms stumps of the individual's respective material, for example skin, fur, scales, etc... Making, by another side, severed parts are still able to move through the individual even if it is cut several times.

Therefore, from time to time, he may use the sword to make advantageous cuts and without much damage other than leaving the rival out of the fight to gain time, in any case, sometimes he uses the sword on himself, cutting off his head to observe his movements or in other kind of scenarios.

All that ability to make those magical cuts is due to the glowing stone that is attached to the bottom of the sword hilt.
