My diet consists of: if it looks interesting eat it, if it smells good eat it, if i am curious about it, eat it, if it is healthy eat it, to see if I wish to continue to do so, if it comes from a country i might want to visit one day, eat it, and if it looks, smells or seems off putting in any way do not eat it.
