从去年到现在，我遭遇到许多的失败，基本上每一次考试，都以失败结束，这让我十分的难受，尤其是在最近一次关于英语方面的证书考试失败以后，我更是觉得伤心和抑郁。因此，我需要去做一些其他的事情来转移我的注意力，而这一副画也便是在这期间诞生的了。
Dakota是我最喜欢的一位画师 Tartii 的角色。自从我高中开始，偶然间在有一个论坛上发现了有人转载的Tartii的图画以后，我便对其画风十分的着迷，也正因如此才在那个时候发现了Furaffinity这个网站。同时，因为家里人的阻拦，在那个时期，我无法获得任何关于绘画方面的资料，也没有任何人能够教导我，因此，我便自己寻找和学习绘画，而Tartii的绘画作品在那个时候帮了我很大的忙，关于如何勾线，填色，背景等大部分的绘画知识都是我在观察Tartii的作品时学来的，因此，我心中一直有“找个时间给Tartii画一幅画以表谢意”的想法，而现在这个时期正好可以将之实现。
我的母亲非常不支持我画画，常常以“三分钟的热情”来指责我，但这份热情从2013年已经“燃烧”到了现在，并且当昨天我收到Tartii的回信以后，这份热情燃烧的更加旺盛了，那么我想，我还会继续将它发展下去，直至燃烧殆尽为止。

I've had a lot of failures since last year, which has been very difficult for me, especially after my latest exam in English, and I felt sad and depressed, so I needed to do something else to distract myself, and that's when this painting was born.
Dakota is one of my favourite characters by  Tartii. I was fascinated by Tartii's drawings when I found them on a forum at the beginning of high school, and that's when I found the website Furaffinity.
At the same time, because of my family's obstruction, I was unable to get any information about drawing and there was no one to teach me, so I sought out and learnt to paint on my own, and Tartii's paintings were a great help to me at that time, as I learnt most of the knowledge of how to draw lines, fill in colours, backgrounds, etc. from watching Tartii's work. So I always want to draw a picture to thank Tartii's help even if this help is indirect, and for now, "it is the right time to bring it to fruition".
My mother was very unsupportive of my painting, often accusing me of being a 'three-minute enthusiast', but this enthusiasm has been 'burning' since 2013 and has grown even more since I received a letter from Tartii yesterday. So I guess I will continue to develop it until it burns out.
