You need a pokemon that knows rock climb, and you'll need three pokemon with the follow natures: Serious, Naive, and Quirky. After showing the dude in the house behind the rock climb wall all three, you will have the Calendar, Dot Artist (which is what this was done on), and Roulette Poketch applications. :)
