Government agencies on every planet The Traveler visited, if they could ever collaborate, would be able to piece together certain behaviors that the entity known as 'Zucca Xerfantes' or 'The Traveler' displayed.

One such behavior is his perpetual state of cheer. Another of course is his aversion to violence and, when pushed, swift dispatch of opponents. Another still, subtle meddling that aids people, seemingly at random.

But one overwhelming constant is his affectionate and loving nature.

In every culture he visits, where it's allowed, he will stand on a corner for days, offering free hugs to any who need it.

He kindly refuses any reward or payment and people have confessed to even approaching him with the intent to harm or prank, only to be drawn into a hug after taking one look into his gentle eyes.

Naturally, the governments would conclude that he is up to no good.

But to the people on the street who are asked, it made their day.
