gosh... I can't believe this has taken me close to two years now to finish... one of the last pokepals commissions from the first set of them.
I've felt terrible with these commissions looming over me like some weird oppressive shadow. I don't know why it took me so long only that it was a combination of procrastination and something else I can't quite put to words.
