Well, while I only gained 8lbs this time (which is still decent for a month's gain), I reached a body shape milestone. I now have a permanent double chin and permanent love handles, and I'm starting to sport a bit of moob too. I'm starting to look like a proper fatboy in the features department, even if I've still got quite a ways to go size-wise. I'm starting to see how I'll look at 350, but I can still only imagine how I'll look at 400, 500, 600 or even bigger, should I decide to keep going.

While I'm still practicing Shiko on an empty stomach in the morning to maintain at least some degree of fitness and keep the adiponectin flowing so my fat remains subcutaneous, I'm honestly spending more time just lazing around in the afternoon. I guess you call it practice for when I'm a lot bigger.
