"Beach WZRD" is a name of webcomic she's from; her name - or nickname - is just Wizard. Don't call her witch, for A) wizards are superior to witches, B) Witch is another character in the same webcomic, and unlike Wizard, she has a proper name. And also a great big problem to deal with, namely, this very Wizard.
