Nephis are ancient race from my universe. Eons ago they leaved their homeworld and spreaded through the corners of galaxy, some of them settled on other worlds and other still live on humungous interstellar ships and travel into unknown... and becouse distances between their colonies are huge and they don't know where are the others, they invented special way of singing which is aided with powerful metal potential. Songs singed in this special way can be heard in deepest parts of galaxy, and they mostly relate about their living and new homeworlds... other Nephises can hear them and they know that somewhere their brothers are still existing.
"Lament of the stars" causes many unexpected behaviours to other space species. Cretures sometimes fall in madness when mental power hits their minds, some experience inexplicable bliss and many other effects...
