This snack mix has the theme of a summer corn harvest with a touch of honey and a pinch of rice with a delicious sprinkle of bbq heat!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1cup Crispix
1cup Corn Squares (oatmeal squares are good too)
1cup Corn Pops
1cup Corn Chex (I used honey nut chex)
1cup Shreddies (honey shreddies are good too)
1cup popped popcorn
1cup corn nuts
1cup corn chips
1cup mini pretzels (I used squares)
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp old bay spice
Here are the steps:
1-preheat oven to 250f
2-mix cereals and mix-ins together until everything is combined
3-bake in oven for 45 minutes (stirring every 10 minutes), then let cool for 10 minutes
4-grab your handful and enjoy!
