Finally, I've uploaded music! =D

Here's a somewhat half-assed song I created for a class project, with the goal of making a short tune with Garage Band loops. I only spent maybe an hour making it, so...meh, whatever. I basically made it up as I went along, throwing things together and messing with some parts to see if they sounded good. I ran out of time at the end, so I had to come up with a quick ending. It still sounds decent, but I would rather have been given the time to make it at least 3 minutes.

I had the mindset of "dark electronic" going into this, and the "dark" part held up for the most part. The "electronic" is pretty obvious at the beginning, but it eventually gave way to a more soft grunge/ambient sound. I also wound up throwing together some interesting combinations of instruments, starting with a very techno/dance bassline, then some eastern Asian percussion, followed by an electric guitar setting the dark tone, along with an acoustic guitar beneath the electric that plays more of what I think of as "countryside highway" line. There's also a bit of rock-ish toms that play along with the Asian percussion which I found to be a pretty sweet combo.
